Official Kappa Sweatshirt Issued to Celebrate Juve's Intercontinental Cup Victory In Japan.

In November 1996 in Tokyo, freshly crowned European champions Juventus faced River Plate for the Intercontinental Cup in a tight, tactical battle that reflected the era’s best of Europe and South America. Lippi’s disciplined, star-studded side, anchored by Peruzzi, Ferrara, Montero, Deschamps, Zidane and Del Piero, controlled the key moments without turning the game into a spectacle, until the 81st minute when Del Piero’s precise low left-footed finish sealed a 1–0 win and confirmed Juventus as the defining global club team of the mid-90s.
