This adidas third wasn’t part of a broad retail run; it was created to solve a single problem on a single night — AS Monaco vs Roma, 18 March 1992 (Cup Winners’ Cup QF, 2nd leg). After that tie, production stopped. That’s the whole story of its scarcity. This version is almost impossible to find with the shorts as well.
