SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. Sometimes, items will be dispatched on a weekend to speed up delivery, depending on circumstance.
We use Royal Mail & sometimes other reliable delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
RETURNS
1. Returns Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Once approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. The Buyer is responsible in covering the return postage.
Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Condition of Returned Items
All items must be in the condition that they were sent, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags & labels must be present.
Free from any scent (e.g. deodorant, fragrance, smoke).
Refunds will not be processed for items returned that do not match the above criteria.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please use the contact form located on our website.
We will arrange a resolution, which may include: a replacement, exchange or returning the item.
4. Refund Terms
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days, though times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. International Orders & Duties
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes in your destination country and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs/postal services due to unpaid charges, no refund will be issued.
6. Parcels That Don't Arrive
Tracked Delivery: All orders are sent using tracked services, and a tracking number is provided once dispatched.
Lost Parcels: In the unlikely event a parcel is lost, refunds will only be issued once Royal Mail confirm the item as lost and reimburse the cost to us.
