Information: Official Adidas Chelsea Home football shirt from 2016/17, as worn by ‘The Blues’ during their triumphant Premier League-winning season. As well as winning the Premier League, they also reached the final of the FA Cup. The reverse of the shirt boasts the nameset of Belgian wizard, Eden Hazard, who spent eight years at the club, scoring 85 goals in his 245 appearances.
