Information: Official Adidas Chelsea Pre-Match Jacket from 2015/16, as worn by 'The Blues' when the club’s title defence was left in tatters and saw the end of José Mourinho’s second spell as manager. By December the club was in disastrous form, 16th in the table, losing 9 out of their first 16 games led to the dismissal of José Mourinho.
