We accept returns for 30 days from when you receive the item. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us. However, you will be required to cover the return shipping costs.
- You will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
- Please allow up to 14 days after receipt for your refund to be issued. However, at busier times, this may be longer.
- Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.
We cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date.
