Zaragoza and were knocked out in the quarter-final of the Copa del Rey, the UEFA Cup Winners Cup and finished runners up in the UEFA Super Cup. Complete with the nameset of talented Spain international forward Pardeza #7 who was one of the Aragonese team's most prominent attacking players known for his skill, vision and goal scoring ability.
