1988/89 Argentina Home Football Shirt (L) Adidas # 10 (Maradona)

Information: Official Adidas Argentina Home Football Shirt from 1988/89, as worn by 'La Albiceleste' as they built-up to the World Cup at Italia '90. The reverse of the shirt boasts the nameset of Diego Maradona, who needs little introduction - he made the number 10 his own, and gained legendary status throughout the world. To this day, he is still regarded as the greatest player to ever grace the world stage. A fantastic vintage jersey, ideal for a collection of your own or the perfect gift for any football fan.

Condition: Very Good. Superb colours, material silky with little bobbling. Some tiny marks on chest visible on very close inspection. Superb stitched team badge. Wear to  manufacturer logo. Vinyl nameset to rear is flaking away (see photo). Cotton collar is showing light signs of wear, as one would expect from a shirt of this age, but the hem and sleeves are in superb order. A truly wonderful shirt and a real collectors item.
